MEET THE TEAM
Danny Glusman is a native Atlantan with deep roots in Dekalb County. After earning his BBA in Marketing from Georgia State University in 1989, he has spent nearly two decades actively involved in various aspects of the real estate industry. He got his start in commercial real estate as a project manager for a boutique urban redevelopment firm, where he was responsible for identifying, purchasing, and repurposing various types of properties located in Metro Atlanta.
In 2015, Danny became a commercial agent and trained with a regional Commercial Firm for 2 years, and then joined Keller Williams Realty Metro Atlanta in fall 2017, where he established his own group, Widespread Commercial Group. This allowed him to tailor his business to the specific needs of his clients and provide them with expert representation. Danny has a wide range of experience working with retail, office, and industrial clients, as well as investment and developer clients in the sales and purchases of land for multi-family properties and other large investment worth properties.
In 2022, Danny became an Associate Broker, adding to his already impressive list of credentials. With his own background in managing a real estate investment portfolio, including single family, apartment, and retail properties, he is well equipped to provide his clients with the knowledge and expertise they need to be successful. He is committed to maintaining the highest professional standards and is passionate about helping both first-time buyers and sellers, as well as established business owners, in their commercial real estate transactions.
Alicia Parker began her real estate career as an in-house leasing agent for a multi-family community before becoming part of a real estate investment group focused on commercial development.
When the market shifted in 2008, Alicia pursued a career in marketing and business development. Joining an executive outplacement firm, she worked with brands such as Wendy’s & Arby’s to transition C-Suite clients through mergers & acquisitions. Alicia created & taught the program, “How to Promote Personal Brands, Build Relationships, and Generate Job Leads through Social Media.” She also hosted monthly “Shark Tank” style events connecting entrepreneurs with investors and co-founded The Young Business Alliance; a networking group for business owners and entrepreneurs under 30.
Alicia went on to become the Director of Marketing for a medical group, funded by private equity, to drive value for shareholders through acquisition and organic growth. She led multiple rebranding efforts for acquisitions of both business and real assets.
In 2018, Alicia became an independent inbound marketing specialist helping lenders, investors and brokers grow their businesses through marketing automation and content creation. Building upon her experience in real estate, marketing and business development, Alicia decided to take her career to the next level and become a licensed commercial real estate agent. She joined the Widespread Commercial team in 2022.
